If you have been in an accident or your vehicle has been damaged, contact Gallant Insurance as soon as possible. One of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you and direct you towards the fastest and most efficient way to resolve your loss. If your accident happens outside of business hours, you may contact our emergency claims service. You may also contact your insurance company directly as many of our companies offer 24 hour claims service. Please refer to our Claims Resources for company contact information. Taking pictures of the accident is always a good idea when dealing with physical damage claims.
Homeowners Claim
When a loss occurs on your home, here are a few steps you should take:
- If needed, contact your local public safety officials for emergency assistance.
- Take any reasonable steps to secure your home & protect your property from further damage.
- Call Gallant Insurance and report the loss.
- Keep a record of all temporary repair expenses.
- Create an inventory of property that may have been damaged, destroyed, or stolen.
- Do not discard any property that has been damaged so they may be inspected by an adjuster.
- Do not perform any permanent repairs until the property has been inspected by an adjuster.
